Hello,

PC won't boot after RAM upgrade.

So earlier today I picked up 2X4GB of ADATA XPG DDR3 2133Mhz RAM and installed it in my computer to replace the Corsair 2X4GB VALUE SELECT 1333Mhz sticks I had.

When I installed my old memories everything is fine.

My mobo is Gigabyte H61M-S2V B3.

Could it be because these are 1.65v RAM memories?

Watch the video. It turns on for no more than 2 seconds, then shuts off. Unable to enter BIOS.

What do you want to do exactly ? Because your Mobo will only support RAM with max 1333 Mhz, as confirmed by specifications https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_ga-h61m-s2v-b3.pdf and on the QVL...

Right, when posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

You may want to restore your older rams and check back and see what BIOS version you're currently on.

Out of curiosity, why do you have a PCIe extender for the GPU? Is the cable not long enough or does it lack the necessary connectors? That system needs a cleaning.

So, I'm not overly surprised that you don't even boot. And for the few high speed memory sticks that were tested (see QVL) all were downgraded to 1333MHz
