Pc won’t boot

Power surge turned off while pc still running...pc won’t post now. I tried taking out ram, the gpu, and nothing happens. Everything turns on my keyboard and mouse and all the lights in my pc but it won’t post

If it was a power surge than your power supply will be the first thing that you should check.
Try swapping it out with a known working one.
