I recently built my pc and after starting my pc it won't post on my monitor, I am having multiple issues and have tried everything at this point to no avail. I have flashed the bios button, updated the motherboard, tried just the cpu and motherboard, we have tried everything. Multiple issues are happening along with no posting. The red cpu light is on consistently, I am able to power on the computer using the power button but I can't power it off using the power button. Also none of ports on the 10 are working either. No clue what's happening I'm looking for any help

watch this video... by "mikesunboxing" follow it and it should help.. with the bios flashing.. i know you tried to flash bios already. but sometimes it does not take the 1st time..
follow the video exactly..
paying attention to how the "file is renamed"(many peoples when showing how they tried to flash , they thought they changed the name, but they ,forgot to make sure the the extention changed. and their names read as "msi.rom.xxx"(x=orinignal file extension), its easily missed, also you have to make sure the correct usb slot is used,.
when the flash is done, install cpu and ram and reboot. it should take a few minutes and a few reboots (as it will be memory training and checking itself.. this is normal.. if its still on the red light after repeated boots.. then it could be an issue with your CPU (if thats the RED light).

also a sign to look for when rebooting. it watch your keyboard. if the computer is gonna boot the "numblock" will light up (and keyboard if you have rgb keyboard).

This is the video I used

I made sure the file on my usb stick is msi.rom and confirmed it to be .rom. I installed it on my pc and waited for the flashing to finish. I have been rebooting my pc a few times and am having the same results. I am letting it run for 2-3 minutes and then turning it off and back on. Red light still on and the IO ports are still not working

hi... ok,. there is a few things that could be making the red light still show.. either the bios flahs update did not take.. (did it do the steady flahing led ,near the flash button, when flashing.. or did it stop immediatly? you can try again using a different usb stick.. as msi boards can be fussy about what drives are used..

also try unplugging the 8 pin cpu connector and reseating that. and the same with the 24 pin... and then remover the cmos battery for 5 minutes and then re instert. clear cmos and try seeing if that helped. if not try flashing again.. but try a different bios (by this i mean when you downloaded the bios from the msi site.. you could try and older bios. and see if that helps. as sometimes the bios'es dont take.. especially "betas"
