[SOLVED] PC won’t start

Hi,

I have just built a PC yesterday. It was running fine and went into sleep mode whilst I went downstairs. I came back up and touched the power button to turn the PC back on, but it clicked and switched completely off.

The GPU (Asus Duo OC RTX 2060) has a white LED flashing continuously above the PCIE 8 pin power cable, but the system will not power on at all.

I have tried removing the GPU and all peripherals, checked the cables for the PSU and reset the CMOS battery, to no avail.

Anyone got any idea?

Thanks in advance

I would try re-seating everything before giving up; like the CPU power cables, take out and reseat RAM (would try one stick at a time).
Hi just an update. I completely forgot about an old pc i had with a semi decent power supply in it, same wattage. Plugged all cables in from that and hey ho, it booted straight away. Gonna RMA the PSU and get that replaced :) Many thanks for your suggestions
