Question Pc won’t

Hey guys I just got a new Ryzen 7 5800x3D ever since I put it in I get no boot I tried resetting cmos, unplugging and plugging everything on my mother board , got a flash drive with bios update And still can’t get a boot The pc just keeps restarting itself Any ideas on what to do other then get an old cpu and update bios that way Motherboard is ASRock X570 phantom gaming 4

There should be a sticker on the motherboard that should denote the BIOS version that came shipped with it(from the factory).

How do I find said sticker

It should be located near the BIOS chip, near the middle of the motherboard.

I don’t think my motherboard has that I don’t see it I wish I could send a picture
