PC won't boot after I pressed reset button

I was using my desktop and at the login screen for Windows 10, I accidentally pressed the reset button on my desktop. My power immediately went off and the power sputtered back on(fans turned on) and back off for a second and now it won't boot. I've checked my PSU and everything is in order, I checked the wiring of my reset button and power button on my Mobo and it seems to be fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

Disconnect reset button, it may be stuck.
