[SOLVED] Pc wont boot after installing new ram

So i always had 12ram single channel ram, bit i thought it was time for an upgrade. So i bought 2x8 ddr4 2400mhz ram in one kit. But when i install these in spots 1 and 3, my pc wont boot up. But when i only install one of them, it works fine. Pls help

Please try to install one ram kit to the other ram slots as well and see if your PC boots. What's your motherboard? Visit your motherboard's manual and check if you are placing the RAM kits to the correct DIMMs.
