Question PC wont boot after overclock?

Yesterday I decided to overclock my cpu and I did forget to how much I put it too,i have an hp pavilion gaming desktop and idk if i fried anything i tried removing the cmos battery for 30 mins and still nothing everytime I press th power button it blinks the green led lights on front of the pc,sometimes when I remove the battery and put it back in it would look like its working but then after 10 seconds it turns off,did I do something wrong can someone help??
