Question Pc won't boot after restart.

Hello my config is
Ryzen 3 220g
Asrock B450m steel legend
Geil pristine 8GB 2400mhz RAM

I plugged all connectors and header correctly. But during windows installation after one restart it never boot up again. But when i try to shut it down completely by press and holding power button it boot up normally. Even my reset switch not working. I tried it without OS instaltion but it happens all the time.

For this reason my windows gone distract everytime during installation.

What i do now?

A normal 500watt maxgreen PSU came with case.

I have one laptop nothing else.
