pc wont boot after upgrading gpu, psu, and case

I dont have another psu, is there another way to check.

well you said you are upgrading the parts meaning replace them? or did the computer not have a psu to begin with? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyVkWznvDHQ
here is a tutorial on how to check if it is doa.

Have you checked the wires connecting from the power button into the motherboard are inserted correctly with the postives and negatives the correct way around?

Also, is the 4/8 pin CPU plug plugged into the board?
Additionally, is the 24 ATX plug connected?

I would say check the connectors for the case buttons and consult the mobo manual as to where they are supposed to go because at least the psu should power up considering you just tested it. Sounding more like a motherboard issue now, is it possible you shorted it out when changing the components?
