Question PC won't boot, all fans spin ?

I rebuilt my pc from mid tower atx to mini itx. It turns on and all the fans work, but there’s no display. It only booted up once, when I took it out of the case and it only had one ram in instead of 2. I put it back in the case, and boom, it doesn’t work again. Can someone please help? I been at this for a week.

I tried:
bought a new motherboard
used different psu
tried 2 different ram sticks
bought a new cpu
installed a new cpu cooler

MB: H610i Gigabyte CPU: i3-12100f GPU: 6500XT Radeon PSU: 750W Lian Li SFX RAM: Corsair Vengeance (2x8gb)

Inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins. You might want to also see if the standoffs on the case are shorting on the motherboard to prevent a POST on the system.

Thank you! Nope, just checked no pins broken and the standoffs are just fine. Any other possible solutions?

Hey did you happen to realize why it didnt work and fix it? Because im having the same issues and im all out of ideas.

Hey all I did was swap out the GPU. Originally I used a 6500 XT and tried my 2070 super and it worked like a charm. Good luck

Did it work with the intel integrated graphics?
