Question pc wont boot black screen

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue where my PC won't boot, and all I'm getting is a black screen. I've taken some troubleshooting steps already. I tested my GPU and RAM in another PC, and they both seem to be working fine. Additionally, I recently purchased a new PSU, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I even tried removing the CMOS battery for 15 minutes, but no luck. Just to cover all bases, I also tried using my old CPU, but the issue still persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My PC specs include an RTX 2070, Ryzen 5 5500 CPU, and an Aorus B550 Elite V2 motherboard

Your PC is receiving power just fine? Any possibility you're mixing up cables from your previous power supply?

No i checked it the cabel are from the same powersupply
