When booting my PC it doesn't go any further than the Intel splash screen.

This all started when I tried to install windows again on my ssd. It wouldn't boot my bootable usb, even after setting the right order in my bios. Then I read somewhere that I had to change it to uefi or something, so I did. Now it does nothing. I can't even get into my bios.

I tried resetting my board by changing that jumper thingy around on it. Nothing...
I tried resetting it by removing the battery and putting it back in after a night. Nothing.
Removing my ram didn't work either.

There's nothing I can do. The boot keys don't work either...

The windows installation is botched so there's no way to even get into windows.

I am hopelessly stuck.

Unplug your machine and double check all your cables and connectors.
What's your motherboard model?
first let's solve the BIOS problem - either something went wrong when you were upgrading or you used a wrong BIOS version.
Where did you get that BIOS file and how did you update it?
