[SOLVED] Pc won't boot, cpu and case fans spin but not the gpu fan

This morning my pc couldn't boot, i opened the case and noticed the cpu and case fans were spinning but the gpu fan wasn't.

I removed the gpu and connected the monitor to the motherboards vga port to use the integrated gpu. But it didn't work.

I noticed the light next to the power button was blinking, and the strange thing is, if i keep pressing the power button the gpu fan starts spinning but it stops as soon as I let go, and if I keep pressing the pc will turn off again.

So what's component is causing this?

Specs:
Amd a8-5600k
8gb ram ddr3
R7 360 gpu
Cooler master 450w psu

Hi i think i had the same problem the cpu heatsink( cpu cooler) pushing to hard in cpu and wont boot, i did remounted the heatsink and now works fine.
