PC wont Boot help me!

After cleaning the thermal paste, and applied it again, i think i bent a pin on cpu socket. i don't know what to do. the CPU wont go in all the way. I'am really lost right now, i dont know if i should buy a new pc? is there any repair shop where they can fix this issue, i called best buy, and they said i have to call the manufacturer to see what motherboard i have to replace. Please help me i dont know what to do?

I'm pretty sure i messed up the CPU socket, don't know what to do now, other than get a new PC bestbuy or my manufacturer won't help me. I'm depressed beacause of this

So you pulled the CPU out when taking the Cooler out? Happens!
Not knowing for sure but guessing it is AMD system did you open the socket lever to reinsert the CPU? http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2406717,00.asp
