Question PC wont boot into Windows after BIOS update

My partner was trying to update their BIOS on their ASUS TUF motherboard using their AISuite software. After they began installing the BIOS update, it seemed to finish correctly and rebooted into the UEFI. However, the SSD they use to boot into windows does not show up on the boot list. We tried turning on CSM and that let us put it into the boot priority, but after booting into that drive, it said that there was no boot media found on it. It is strange though, because that drive was working perfectly fine prior to the BIOS update. Does anyone have any solutions? Thanks.
