Question pc won't boot into windows but stays in the mobo logo screen

When I start my pc the pc just starts and stays in the screen where it shows the logo and just stays there so for it to work now I have to push the restart button on my case until it boots into windows.
How do I fix this?

Did you set default disk with windows to boot first ? That's set in BIOS.
