My pc boot into windows, my specs are:
Motherboard: Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
Cpu: amd fx-8350
Gpu: Radeon r9 270x
Ram: 16gb crucial ballistix sport
As for the issue itself, when I boot my pc, the Asus logo shows up as it normally should, at first the loading animation which is several cirlcles moving in a circle is normal, then my screen goes black, and the circles start to lag a lot, then it says restarting and does that over again. I've tried going into my UEFI and loading my windows boot manager, but that gives the same issue. I've exhausted everything I can think of and I need help.

DO you remember if your OS is Windows 8, or 10, and if its 10, is it build 10240, or 10586 November update Threshold 2?

Seems like it is stuck in an endless loop. You may have to go to "automatic repair" and *attempt* to solve it. Windows is terrible at Automatic Repairing. Last resort, reinstall Windows.

I found the issue, I had run defrag right before this issue began, and defrag wiped most of my hard drive, and also bricked the darn thing, any idea why this happened?
