Question Pc won't boot need help figuring out cause

I just built a new pc it booted without any hdmi or display port connected to it when I plug my display port into my GPU and try powering on the pc nothing happens I also tried plugging hdmi directly into mobo same nothing happens is it my PSU? If I reset cmos and turn it on with no other cables connected it powers on

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
