Last night I left my PC on and went to sleep, everything was as usual. I came back in the morning and saw that there was no display, cpu fan not spinning and the gpu fan not spinning. The mobo lights were on.

What I tried was to clean everything unplug and plug again. There's no beeps, nothing is spinning. Where to go from here?

Well I have neither here. But whenever I plug the PSU cable the motherboard light is on. I could try getting a test PSU tomorrow. Anything else I can check right now?
If the motherboard light is on that doesn't meant the PSU is good, but at minimum it's not completely dead.

Pull the power cable, remove all but one stick of RAM, reset the CMOS (pull battery or use jumper/button, depending on board), reconnect power, and see if it will boot.

I've tried it. Nothing happens, no budge. So its PSU? Or should I wait to try that as well?

Sadly no way to know if it's PSU or motherboard at that point. It could also be the GPU, CPU, or RAM, but the PSU or motherboard are the most likely culprits. Lots of things can lead to no boot, but RAM and GPU issues usually at least let the fans spin.
