Question Pc wont boot, only rgb ram lights up

Hi guys,

I’m so lost.
System:
Aorus X570 ultra
Aorus rtx2070
AMD 3700x
Corsair dominator rgb
Corsair rm750x

When turning on, Mobo lights up shortly then turns off. Nothing turns on except rgb on the ram. I took everything out of the case, just PSU, Mobo, ram and cpu same thing.

Just the Mobo and psu has the same result lights up vor 1 sec then off

I finished building today and it wouldn’t boot
