PC won't boot/output a display signal

I have recently changed my case and CPU cooler and went on with trying to power on the PC

what i get is a short reaction from the monitor's LED indicating it recieves some kind of signal but the screen stays black and after a few seconds it says signal not found.

Before i changed the system it ran without problems at all.

There are 3 debug LEDs on my motherboard, 1 for CPU, 1 for DRAM and 1 for the GPU. the CPU LED is currently on showing that the CPU is either not detected or has failed, but why? i never touched the CPU, only the cooler. it was overclocked but it should still be able to show me the BIOS for the system, yet nothing.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

*I can't remember the exact amount of RAM but it's a minimum of 2 sticks of 4GB and a maximum of 2 sticks of 8GB.

as i've already mentioned. The PC worked fine before the case+cooler change. Everything is plugged in and powers up as it should, but the CPU doesn't register according to the Debug panel.

it is not a common issue as i've triple checked every power plug and every connection and just checked on if i had accidentally used too much thermal paste on the CPU cooler but that was not the case.

the PC seams to boot up normally as it doesn't reset and takes its time shutting down while holding down the power button which normally is an instant shut down if the pc is still trying to start up or doesn't boot.

The keyboard also turns on its LED RGB which is normally turned off unless booted to windows. it also shows the specific color pattern that is used with that PC (currently using it on my laptop while my desktop is down).

all the different cooling solutions are also running as intended. the pump in the AIO water cooler is running, every fan is spinning and all static LEDs turn on as they should (white LED fans, Semi-RGB lighting on the GPU while turned on, MoBO LED backlighting.

i'll take it to a local shop that does a free problem check-up and see if they have an answer, but i would still greatly appreciate any more responses here in case they are clueless too.

also i'm going to update the first post with my PC Specs.

the PC wouldn't even display a video signal from the motherboard connection. Tested both MoBo Display outputs and GPU outputs (HDMI, DVI, DP) and got no results with both the GPU connected the PC and without it.

You said the CPU does no register according to Debug panel.

Did you check to make sure that the cpu is installed right and that there are no bent pins on mobo?

I just got the PC back from the store and they reported that the Motherboard might be broken as they tested with a completely new CPU and it still had the same problem. I've issued a Return form for the motherboard where i bought it and hopefully they can fix it if it's a hardware fault with the motherboard.
