Question Pc won't boot, please heeeelp! Urgent!!!

hello y'all, my pc just loop boots, motherboard: gigabyte h81m s2v rev 1.0
Cpu intel i3 4130
Ram 2 sticks transcend 8gb 1333mhz
Psu spire sp atx 420w c1
Hdd excel stor

So when I set the settings in bios to use integrated gpu(with plugged in ANY gpu) it boots perfectly fine, no issues!
But if the settings are the same, and i take out the GPU from slot, just loops... I go back to BIOS to check the settings, they're same and still won't boot!
I've tried EVERYTHING, another cpu, another ram, countless GPUs...
Bios flashes, newest and oldest... Drivers everything...
I even tried booting with gpu and then taking it out but ofc it just restarts...
Cmos, battery removeed, load best settings, i did it all...
In case, outside of the case...
Could it be because I'm using VGA on motherboard and my monitor?
Also tried booting with keyboard only

It sounds like there is something wonky with the motherboard. If you want it fixed, I would suggest replacing the MB.

Now ... what is your goal? It sounds like you want the machine to run with the integrated GPU ... ok, just install some low cost, POS GPU and it will work. Will that satisfy your goal?
