I was trying to launch into safe mode to reinstall gpu drivers but I got a bitlocker prompt before I could enter advanced startup. While I was trying to find my recovery key my pc turned off randomly. After that when I tried to turn it on I would get no display but could hear the windows startup chime. Since then I tried things like clearing cmos and was even told to try a bios flash. But since I changed anything the pc now does not boot at all and I get 1 long 4 short beep code and then the system does nothing. Just sits with a green led on the board.

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it cause I have no idea what to do anymore

Without knowing the exact make/model of the PC/motherboard no one here can even begin to tell you what the reported beep code is (they tend to be proprietary)
Ah okay I didn't know that, sorry. Its an asus b650-a gaming WiFi motherboard, the code is related to a hardware component failure which doesn't make much sense to me

The indicated beep code ( 1 long 3 short, short pause, 1 short, there is no 1 long, 4 short code) seems to indicate multiple issues.
1> Video adapter issue (such as not present or not properly connected to power)
2> Missing keyboard

To go any further requires that you list ALL of your PC components by name/model number, do not leave anything out. This includes everything on the Power Supply label/s.
