PC won't boot stuck from logo screen after installing hard drive

I have an intel mother board. When I attach a 2nd hard drive to it and start my computer it stops on screen with intel logo and automatically restart, this continues till I remove my 2nd hard drive. During that intel screen I am unable to start BIOS setting. But 1 in about 20 times it boots and everthing work fine but a warning of problem with hard drive is shown. I have attached same hard drive with another computer and it works fine. I have contacted with Microsoft and they told there is no problem with OS.
