Hey guys. So I was using my parents computer and restarted the pc and pressed the delete key to try and get into bios. It didn't go into bios, instead it came up with this screen:

Serial Ata AHCI BIOS version iSrc 1.20C
This version supports only hard disk and CD-ROM drives.
Please wait, This will take few seconds.
controller Bus#00, Device#1F, Functions#02 : 06 Ports, 02 devices.

This screen hangs forever. But what's really the problem is every time I turn it off and try and boot it up, delete key or no it hangs on this screen.

The PC is now incapable of turning on

I've tried disconnecting everything from it except for power cord and VGA cord but no avail.

Help?

I cleared the CMOS and did as you suggested, unplugging all sata cables. The PC booted into into a little menu saying CMOS was being rebuilt or whatever. Then the PC tried to boot but came up with a message saying no bootable media connected, connect a hard drive and restart.

After that I turned it off, reconnected the keyboard and tried to enter bios, buy button mashing delete. No luck, it just went to the same screen about bootable media.
