Pc Won't Boot up at all!!!!

I recieved new G.Skill Ram today and proceeded to put it inside my pc I had it unplugged from the socket. I plugged it in and closed it and was ready to boot. I tried to boot with the RAM and got nothing. I then tried to boot with my old RAM same thing I got absolutely nothing PLEASE HELP>

Have you tried booting with just one stick installed?
Have you tried resetting the CMOS?
Make sure you haven't knocked any power cables or connectors
Have you tried a single RAM in different slots?

Disconnect the power from the wall. Leave old RAM in place. Remove the CMOS battery(looks like a old watch battery) for a minute. Put the CMOS battery back in, plug power back up and try to boot.

What motherboard, CPU, and RAM do you have?

Motherboard: MSI z97 Gaming 5
CPU: i7 4790k
Ram: G.Skill 16GB 2133MHZ

Just removed CMO battery waiting to see what will happen.

now How Would I go about changing the RAM?

Go into BIOS, F5 Load BIOS defaults, save, exit.

Shut down the system then insert the new RAM. Once you get it running, boot up into BIOS. Enable XMP Profile, save, exit, and see how that works.
