Question Pc wont boot up if gpu is installed, what should i do

So... My my pc wont boot up if gpu is installed. It doing nothing. Only fans spinning, gpu fan also spin. It post just fine with on board graphic
Procie: FX6300
Mobo : ECS A960m-m2
GPU : Biostars RX 550
Ram : 8GB Team Elite
PSU (not sure, but it says 400W)

Please help me... almost at my limit.
clear CMOS, swaping RAM, disconnect USB device, and cleaning PCI slot, but nothing. not even bios, no power on keyboard or mouse, no post, nothing...

Get a better PSU.


You might not be able to use that GPU as it requires UEFI BIOS.
