Question Pc won't boot windows

This is the weirdest problem I ever saw and is the first time I really have to ask someone what the hell is going on.

My setup worked fine for over a year almost 2. Has windows 10 on SSD gpt.

On power up BIOS works fine, windows logo works fine but stays with dark screen before windows login.

I tested the SSD on another setup and works fine, even logged in etc etc.

I even tested the other pc SSD that has mbr, but reachs the exact same point, black screen before login

so what happened after login?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

Well, tested with 2 monitors.
Don't know why displayports stops working when windows login shows up
