Question PC Won't boot with 4 sticks of ram. 2 work just fine.

I tested all the slots and ram sticks. They work (as long as I only put 2 sticks in)
Once I put in more than 2 the PC Won't boot and a yellow LED lights up on the motherboard.

Motherboard - MSI z590 pro a
CPU - i9 11900F
Ram - Patriot signature premium 3200mhz (4x16gb)

Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
The internal workings are designed for the capacity of the kit.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards, can be very sensitive to this.
This is more difficult when more sticks are involved.
Ram must be matched for proper operation.

You can sometimes compensate for errors by increasing the ram voltage in the motherboard bios if you have a motherboard that permits such settings.

You could try disabling XMP to see if you can get stability. Maybe a complete BIOS reset.
You are trying to run two RAM kits at the maximum possible performance as the starting place.

With two different kits, the xmp settings embedd in the ram may well be different.
Do not try to use xmp.
Enter the specs yourself and increase the voltage.
1.2v is not likely to do it for 4 sticks.
Be prepared to increase the voltage up past 1.3

I pressed F2. Didnt change anything in the bios, and it just started working

. I feel like a moron now because i got this prompt earlier when i was testing the ram sticks seperately, and i just kept shutting of the pc, before pressing anything, to test the next stick.
