I was gaming on my PC last night when out of nowhere it just shut down completely, the light on the motherboard never shut off so I know it didn't lose power, but when I went to turn it back on... nothing. I pressed the power button and nothing happened at all. I then opened the case and tried using the start button on the motherboard... same thing, nothing. Since this happened when I was gaming, I uninstalled the graphics card (Gigabyte GTX 780ti GHz Edition), and BOOM, it started up just fine. Could the problem be my Power Supply? It is a Corsair AX860. Or is it definately my Graphics card. I almost forgot to mention, and this might sound dumb that this isn't a clear give away to what the problem is, that this graphics card would make games crash occasionally, and I know it is the card and not something else in my PC because I had two GTX 760's in SLI before and nothing ever crashed when those were installed.

Solution
Seems highly likely your card is contributing to some kind of issues. Do you have a spare card to swap, and test with?

I doubt it's your PSU, AX860 are solid supplies.
