I had just bought a new graphics card, a evga gtx 960 sc. When put into the computer, I press the power button & the pc does not boot whatsoever nor do any fans/gpu fans move. I shut the pc off & replaced it with my old graphics card (660ti 3gb OC) and it works absolutely fine.Could it be because the bios is really out of date & can't register the card or is the card faulty? Any help is greatly appreciated.
