pc wont boot with new gpu!

so ive been useing a gtx 950 for about 3 weeks now and just got a evga 1060, when i got in i uninstalled the 950 drivers and put the 1060 in my pc but now it wont boot, the fans and lights are on on the gpu but the screen will lightup black so its on but black screen, idk what to do i even swapped back to the 950 and i booted then?

It would be a gpu problem, not the pc., I recommend you return it or buy a new one :C

ryzen 7 2700 (stock cooler)
16gb ram @3200
strix b450-f motherboard
600w psu (some random shit that came with a prebuilt)

hmm your prob right im going to take it to a buddys house he has a better psu, so if it works there i will just buy a new psu
