PC Wont boot!

Close to a month ago my pc stopped booting completely, not sure what the problem is. I've checked all the connections hundreds of times. It shouldn't be anything like that. It seems that the problem lies in either my Motherboard, Power supply, or CPU. When I press the boot button (On case, and mobo) nothing happens. I've checked that the psu is switched on. I initially thought the issue was the psu, but I'm able to start it with the paperclip test, it seems to be working correctly. When I plug the psu into my motherboard (Asrock z77 extreme4) there would normally be red lights for the Power, reset, and debug monitor on the board itself. None of these light up now. Another test I tried is to start it up just like the paperclip test, but while the psu is plugged into the motherboard. This actually worked, the lights on my Corsair H100i cooler flipped on, and all my fans started spinning, including those on my gpu. My only thoughts now are that either the Mobo got fried, or my cpu somehow destroyed itself.

Another note, and the reason im coming to the board today, I tried to boot it once more today, to no avail. Roughly 30 minutes later, it booted itself, and I was able to get into the bios. I made sure to reset everything to defaults just to ensure it wasn't an OC error. When I saved changes and exitted the bios menu the screen froze, and nothing would respond.

Any help with this issue would be GREATLY appreciated, I really miss my baby

PSU: OCZ Mod xtreme 700w
Case: Coolermaster haf XB evo

I was going to say that sounds like a faulty power button on your case, or the power button connector that connects to the motherboard, but that wouldn't cause freezing.
If you have 2 or more sticks of RAM, try with only 1 in, and if it still won't boot, try another in slot 1.

I'm sure I can find a different PSU to use sometime in the next few days. I Tried Sneaky's RAM Suggestion, it didn't make a difference. Any other ideas what could cause this?

It's highly likely that it is the PSU that is faulty.
