Pc wont boot

So i was trying to overclock but i didnt do enough research so i messed up so now my pc wont boot. My psu fan still works and everything recieves power still. My mobo is a ms 7641 ver. 4.0 its an old msi mobo. My cpu still gets hot after i turn it on. It makes a beep when it starts up. I tried resetting the jumpers but now i dont know where they originally were in. I messed around with both jumpers. Im hoping its possibly just a mobo issue and not a psu

Thanks man. The videos on youtube didnt help since this motherboard was using a different way of resetting the bios.
