[SOLVED] pc wont boot

Just changed my motherboard and hoping that would fix the problem, however my pc wont boot up. i dont know if this has anything to do with the motherboard, but when i try to plug in my keyboard and mouse, they just blink for a split second and then they turn of again

Motherboard:

OS:

You might also want to mention why you changed the motherbaord to what you have now. Speaking of which, please list two set of specs, a before and after so we know what you've swapped out.
