[SOLVED] PC won't boot

I have an older pc running a dual boot of Windows 98se and Windows XP.
I can't get it to boot. The computer powers on and I can hear the hard drive starting up but there is no video signal I wondered if it was the graphics card.

Please include your system's specs like so:

PSU:
Case:

See if removing the ram(s) from the system and powering up gives you an error codes. Also, how old is the platform, not the OS?

Removing one of the RAM sticks fixed the problem, thanks.
