Question PC Wont Boot

For some reason my PC won't boot at all.

I have tried 2x psus, both fully working in other builds.

I have a motherboard, cpu, ram, fans & psu plugged in but isn't working. When looking at the board the RGB's are glowing up showing its getting power.

I have tried using the on board power button & case power button, but doesn't want to boot:/

Any help / suggestions would be really appreciated!

Hey dude,

Intel I7 4770k
Asus Z87 Pro Motherboard
8GB Ballistix Ram
Corsair CX 750W PSU

(Currently don't have a hard drive or GPU Plugged in, but this shouldn't prevent it from booting up right?)

Any help would really be appreciated :/

could be an issue with RAM. Do you have another stick you can try? Perhaps also try placing the RAM stick onto another slot?
