Got a new psu today, hooked it up to my pc and everything seems to power fine, yet my pc wont fully boot. I get a blue screen and my pc continuously reboots itself with no fix. My pc detects my sata cables and everything important. Clearing cmos didnt help.

Motherboard: ROG Strix B550-F
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: RTX 3070 ti
RAM: 32gb ddr4 3200mhz
PSU: RM1000x 80+ gold

It's fully modular cable PSU, did you use it's cables ?

Did you plug in all drives the same way as before? same ports?
change ports of the sata cables

clean boot
Plugged in my drives the same as before
I’ve tried changing the ports, doesn’t seem to change anything
The option to change the boot order is greyed out for me
Windows integrity came out normal
The DISM gave me an error message saying “error 87, the cleanup-image option is unknown
I can’t fully start windows so im unable to clean boot.
