Pc wont connect

Hey, i have a problem with my laptop, that it will connect to my router, (both with WiFi and cable) and show that everythinh is fine. But when i try to use the Internet on any level, both in browsers and other programs that require Internet, nothing is working. There is no exclamation marks or xs at the Internet icon, and i have tried to clear cache, use other browsers etc, but it's clear that the problem is within my pc, since the Internet on my phone works just fine.
