Question pc won't display anything on my screen unless my fan lights are off.

Processor : AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700X 3.6 GHz
Operating System : Windows 10 Home 64
Graphics : NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Super 6GB
Memory : 16 GB DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 8 GB)
Storage : 1 TB 7200 RPM HDD + 256 GB PCIe SSD

The display won't show anything when the computer fan lights are on, but when they are off it'll display and play correctly. I have no idea why, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your motherboard as well as the PSU. As for the PSU, please include the age of the unit as well. Are you stating that disconnecting the fans from the system allows you to boot to POST/get to OS GUI?
