Question PC wont fully boot for two minutes while connected to TV

So here are my specs.
ASUS Tuf Gaming x570 MOBO
AMD Ryzen 5900x CPU
EVGA XC3 3080 RTX GPU
4 x 8gb trident Z RGB 3600 mhx RAM
LG 49NANO85UNA 49 inch NANO cell smart TV 4k 120 hz TV
Windows 10

SO i used to use dual 32 inch monitors but i switched t this super 4k 120 hz tv, since i have when i start up my pc after tit sits overnight or shut it off and shut the TV off then restart, i will get a no signal found, the boot process starts and i getthe first light on my mobo, but then it just sits, after 2 minutes the bot will then continue and boot fully and then i can turn on the tv
and use the pc normally. If i turn the TV on first the boot time increases to almost 4 to 5 minutes. Ive update the UEFI to the latest and the machine runs with zero problems other than this boot issue.
Im using a high end HDMI and even bought a second one from a second manufacturer just to be sure, so its not he cable, Ive used multiple Inputs on the TV so its not that.
Any Thoughts?

EDIT- when i do initially tun the PC on, all the LEDS and fans etc al come on and stay just as normal.
