My PC seems to have problems every 2 weeks or so and it's frustrating me...

So I did this update windows thing that Windows recommended me to do whilst restarting, and after the install I go past the windows loading logo and then blue screen, message says "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED".

Read online that it could be the graphics card driver but its not the case, and can't run in safe mode cause the same blue screen appears.

Anyone know what the problem is? I mean the worst case scenario is just wipe and reinstall windows but its a big hassle.

Thanks.

well, download a new iso form microsoft, get the latest iso, with all the updates preapplied as it comes when you download and install the same day and reinstall, be sure to download drivers form manufacturer sites and avoid other sites or driver tools

if it repeats, well, you have to be sure what driver is and see if you can stop windows from installing it or if you installed it, use a older or a newer one
well, nhaven't experienced it

do you have windows installation discs or isos to reinstall, any support will take some time investigating unless someone can tell you te exact reason, but reinstall and start from clean very often fix most of those problems with older or too newer drivers and updates

what windows do you have?
