Pc wont load on display

I just upgraded my pc with new motherboard, gpu, cpu, ram, and ssd. I put it together and when i plugged in the hdmi the monitor said NO SIGNAL i have tried puttting the hdmi into the two ports i have but it is not working. Plz help

I even took out gpu didnt work, Took out ram cleaned them didnt work, I took out CMOS battery and put it back in that didnt work. I reseated the Ram 3 times and that didnt work either.

Acer monitor used HDMI
CyberPowerPC Case

disconnect all drive cables from psu & motherboard. remove videocard & plug monitor into onboard video. reseat all mother cables from psu. reset the cmos as found that to work sometimes to kickstart the system.

I turns out i had the ram loose but thanks for trying to help!
