Pc won't pass post-test after installing new GPU

Hi, I have recently got a R9 280x GPU, After installing it, I booted my pc and it worked until it glitched out so i restarted my pc. But when i restarted it, it did not pass the post-test.
I have a 520W PSU, OS: Windows 8.1, RAM: 4Gb.
If I unplug the card from the pc it runs perfectly but as I put it back it in, it does the same thing again. No beeps either
Can someone please help me?

My PSU is a Vantec Model: VAN-520C

Did you have a card it there before? It sounds lke it could be a faulty card.
