I had a power outage about an hour ago, and my PC was on when it happened. Came back to the computer and it simply refuses to post. All the fans spin, glow, so do all the LEDs on the motherboard and the GPU fans spin. This has happened before, but resetting the BIOS usually fixed the issue. Now after having tried to reset the BIOS a fifth time, and unplugging the computer, verifying that the PSU works, still nothing. Keyboard and mouse don't light up, and no video signal. I'm getting quite worried, as this is my only computer and I value it greatly. System specs are as follows-

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500x

16GB Corsair vengeance 2400mhz DDR4 RAM

Asus Strix GTX 970

Asrock AB350 Gaming K4 motherboard

Case is a Corsair 460x RGB with 3 RGB fans, which all spin and light up.

Keyboard: Logitech G810

Mouse: Logitech G402.

Solution
I would pull the video card is you have on board video
I would disconnect all drives and usb headers and try again
I would remove all ram and only put 1 stick in slot_0 and try again...
