So your down to CPU or Motherboard. I'm just going to say do you have any one who has same socket/ family of motherboard to test CPU and or like just said another CPU to test on your board.
I dont unfortunately. Right now im just cleaning the cpu, maybe rhay does the trick i dont know. What you guys can recomend doing??

So what point are you at now have you re-tested CPU. Also did you just clean it or did you pull it to clean and did you look at CPU pins. Not that I feel that's your issue but if it was out of socket ?
I just finished doing it. I took out cpu, cleaned it, looked at the pins (they were all okay) put it back in 2 times, just to see if that gives me luck, put thermal paste, adjust cpu cooler (not super tight), connected the motherboard to the psu and the cpu too, one stick of ram, and the result. Same thing 🙁

So guys, my pc came from the tech service. The guy told me the motherboard has a chipset problem...what could that mean exactly? (I asked him already, but i want your opinion) he also told me that he doesnt wanna tell me it cant be repaired but he cant do it, and he cant get any spare parts to repair it becouse they are in shortage. (Im from argentina, maybe thats why). What can i do?

What kond of chipset problem ? "Xhipset" is a IC chip or chips that handles most IO functions, normally not replaceable.
