Ive recently put together a pc and made sure all the parts were compatible. But now that i had put it together it wont boot. Ive tried plugging the monitor into the motherboard port, but that didnt work either. ive checked all the cables and everything was instered properly. i have no idea what the problem is

My pcs specs are
AMD athlon x4 740x
Asrock fm2a55 pro+
kingston hyperX 1600 ddr3 ram 16GB
Cs tech val 650w
XFX radeon 7970 double dissipation
Seagate barracuda 1TB

When i press the power button on the pc, the screen wont turn on, the speaker inside wont beep but the fans will work. also by not boot up i meant that the pc wont post to the bios. and yes my processor has IGP

Assume you hooked it up wrong and check and double check your connections, main power, cpu aux power, re-seat the RAM and video card etc. If needed take the mobo out of the case and reset everything with only barebones parts. If all that fails then maybe you have a DOA mobo or PSU but these new machine no post problems usually turn out to some overlooked connection or poorly seated part.

Ive checked everything to ensure that there was no sloppy connection. it turned it on and still not post. also the mobo and psu arent faulty, because they still work on older parts that i have.
