Question Pc wont post

I just built my pc yesterday and it was working fine this morning i put it to sleep and went to work and when i got home it would light up but not post
And the case power button will turn it on but not off any ideas what might be the problem its a gigabyte x570 aorus elite

Does this only happen when you put the computer to sleep, or when you do a full shutdown as well? If only when it sleeps, there are lots of non-hardware related issues that could be causing that to happen, but at least you wouldn't have to worry about broken hardware.

Its only happend once it will not post at all now

Try resetting the bios by unplugging the PSU from the motherboard, and removing the CMOS battery for 30 seconds, putting it all back together, and booting up again.
