Question Pc wont post

My pc won’t post with 4 sticks of ram in the system motherboard keeps bouncing between the cpu and Dram light Iv have this issue for 6 days now and I can temporarily get the 4 sticks to work by changing then around in the slots when I do manage to get them all working I run OCCT and memtest86 no errors found on the ram. Also every time I turn the system on it won’t post

This issue started 6 days ago went to power on my system and wouldn’t post.
Specs are
I9 12900k
Corsair vengeance 64GB DDR5 5200mhz
RTX 3090 x2
Corsair Hx 1200
Aorus z690 master

The debug clock keeps repeating C2, C4, 50

I managed to get the 4 sticks to post after a while but when Pc gets a bsod does the same issue again the 4 sticks work separately but only 3 will post

Is this a single kit of RAM?

2 individual kits with the same speed, CL and timings it worked fine for over a year till 6 days ago
